Venan A. Sondo is a senior sustainability professional, Chartered Environmentalist, and founder with over two decades of international experience across Africa and Europe. He holds a BSc in Environmental and Resource Management from Brandenburg University of Technology and an MSc (with Distinction) in Environmental Assessment & Management from Oxford Brookes University. Venan has spearheaded major industrial decarbonization, circular economy, and ESG projects, including advising global brands on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and co-designing Ghana's Sustainable Banking Principles in collaboration with the Bank of Ghana.

Nelson Amo is an impact investment leader, business accelerator executive, and the CEO of Innohub. He holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and is an alumnus of Oxford Business School. Nelson specializes in technical assistance design, grant management, and business model innovation for growing enterprises, serving as a primary ecosystem builder for startups and MSMEs across West Africa.

Kwame Frimpong Sekyere is a natural resource management and environmental governance professional

with over a decade of experience in forest and landscape restoration, climate change, cocoa agroforestry, and inclusive forest governance in Ghana. He serves as a Project Manager at Tropenbos Ghana, where he coordinates restoration and sustainable land use initiatives while collaborating with government institutions, local communities, civil society, research organizations, and private sector partners. He holds an MSc in Environmental Science and a BSc in Natural Resource Management.

Andrews Akoto-Addo is a strategic partnerships advisor specializing in corporate shared-value creation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-sector development initiatives. He works alongside civil society, corporate actors, and public institutions to structure sustainable business models that generate social and environmental returns.
