How we work
Based in Accra, working continent-wide
Our office is in Haatso, Accra. Programmes reach cohorts across ten African countries, and some roles involve travel.
Small team, real ownership
We are a small executive team. People here carry visible responsibility for programmes rather than a narrow slice of one.
Gender responsive by default
Inclusive design is how we build programmes, and how we recruit. We particularly encourage applications from women working in African climate practice.
